Dispatch Times

All orders placed before 8pm (UK time) will be dispatched on the same working day.

Please note:

• We do not dispatch orders on weekends or UK bank holidays
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to customs delays for international orders

Nova Ivy is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, local postal services, or unforeseen circumstances.

Returns

If you change your mind, you may return eligible items for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Items Excluded from Returns

For hygiene and customisation reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Earrings
• Personalised or engraved items
• Gift cards
• Gift packaging

Sale Period Returns

Orders placed during promotional periods (including Black Friday or seasonal sales) may have a shortened returns window of 14 days from delivery. Any such changes will be clearly stated at checkout and on promotional materials.

Return Conditions

All returned items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In their original packaging
• In resaleable condition

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Return an Order

Returns must be submitted via our online returns portal. Once submitted, you will receive:

• A postage label or QR code
• Instructions on how and where to send your return

Returns are processed within 7 working days of arriving back at our warehouse.
Once processed, refunds will appear in your original payment method within up to 6 working days.

Refund Adjustments

If you return part of an order that included a free item or promotional discount, the value of the free item or discount may be deducted proportionally from your refund or billed separately.

Return Costs

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Return postage costs are not covered by Nova Ivy
• Any duties, taxes, or international shipping fees cannot be refunded

Return postage costs will be calculated and payable via the returns portal before your label or QR code is issued.
